Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of kale
  • 1 Kiwi
  • ½ Avocado
  • 350ml Almond milk
  • 1 tsp Manuka honey

Instructions

  1. Chop all the ingredients, put in the blender adding some ice if required and whizz up for 30 seconds.
