Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 red chilli (de seeded)
  • 1 red onion
  • Bunch of parsley

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop all the ingredients
  2. Bung them in a blender and blitz them for around 30 seconds
  3. You are not trying to get a smooth mixture.
  4. Squeeze a lime into the Salsa and serve
